Joe Durant

Durant turned pro in 1987 and has always been highly regarded as one of the best ball strikers on the PGA Tour.  Joe has 4 career PGA Tour victories and has earned over $11 million dollars in his career.  In 2006, Durant finished 16th on the money list with over $2.8 million dollars.  In 2007, Durant ranked 5th in Driving Accuracy and 12th in Greens in Regulation.  He finished the season with 7 top 25 finishes and earned over $700,000.

D.A. Weibring

D.A. turned professional in 1975 after graduating from Illinois State University. D.A. is a five time PGA Tour winner. In 1991, D.A. was named the PGA Tours Comeback Player of the Year. D.A. joined the Champions Tour in 2003. Since joining the Champions Tour, D.A. has four victories, six 2nd place finishes, two 3rd place finish and 55 top tens. In 2007, D.A. finished 5th on the Champions Tour money list, earning over $1.5 million dollars. He finished 2007 with one victory, the 3M Championship, and 12 top ten finishes. When not hovering atop the leaderboards on the Champions Tour, D.A. is redesigning the TPC Four Seasons at Las Colinas (home of the EDS Byron Nelson Championship).

Brendon De Jonge

Brendon, a graduate of Virginia Tech University, won the 1999 Zimbabwe Amateur Championship where he broke Nick Price’s scoring record. De Jonge’s 2006 season was highlighted by six Top-10 finishes and 4 Top-5 finishes on the Nationwide Tour. Brendon de Jonge finished his rookie season on the PGA Tour ranked 155th on the Money List. He finished T-6th at the Reno Tahoe Open and T-9th at the Mayakoba Golf Classic. Brendon will have full exempt status on the Nationwide Tour in 2008.

B.J. Staten

B.J. Staten, a Dallas resident, turned professional in 2000 after a successful collegiate career at the University of Houston. In 2006, Staten successful qualified for the PGA Tour with a T-26 at Q-School. Staten’s best finish on the PGA Tour in 2006 was a T-5 at the John Deere Classic. In 2007, Staten had duel status on both the PGA Tour and Nationwide Tour. B.J. finished the season ranked 28th on the Nationwide Tour Money List with his best finish being a 2nd place finish at the LaSalle Bank Open.

Matt Weibring

Yes, Matt is the son of Champions Tour player D.A. Weibring. Matt, a Georgia Tech graduate, turned professional in 2002 and is a member of the Nationwide Tour for 2008. In 2007 as a member of the Nationwide Tour, Matt played in 25 events and had 5 top 25 finishes. He finished the season ranked 85th on the money list with his best finish being a T-5th at the Melwood Prince George’s County Open.
